Review: Fairybox June 2018

One more month with the Fairybox and the products so perfectly fit to the season of approaching summer – it definitely is Aloe Vera themed and that’s so good!

The best product in this box, for me, is the Taoasis Aloe Vera Massage Oil. Taoasis is one of the brands I 100% trust and which on top of that is local to my country. The oil is the cherry on top of a day spent in the sun because the Aloe soothes your skin, feels cooling and gives your stresses cells (due to the UV) a bit of a rest.

Right after this oil the second best product is from Puro Bio, another brand I really love. Already two out of five in this box, not bad! The lipstick that is included was created in cooperation with “for planet” and so with a purchase of this lippie (or this box) you support a project in Brazil protecting the rain forest. On top of that, the color is a very natural lip tone kind of color that can be worn to almost any occasion.

Two more Aloe-based products are in this box, namely the Sante hand balm Aloe & Almond oil and the SO’bio étic Aloe Vera day cream. The first is from a brand you won’t do anything wrong when using any of their products because they deliver solidly every time I try something. Plus they are affordable and certified. But do you also think you have too many hand balms laying around at home and in your purses? The second product is from a brand I just recently tried a bb cream with spf on and I really liked it so let’s see if this day cream can compare.

The last product is a body mist from Acorelle, that can be sprayed on whenever needed and wherever needed because it is certified natural. Usually when I am (seldom) using non-natural perfumes I only spray them on my clothes and never on my skin. It’s a fresh, fruity scent that does not last all day long as it is meant to refresh you from time to time and that’s what it does good.
