Evolve… what a name. It fits perfectly to this brand as founder Laura and her team are having a fantastic way of connecting with their customers. Read more below.
I told you about my lucky streak lately, right? This product achievement also falls into that category. The lovely team at Curantus sent this body polish over and I was surprised when I first held it in my hands.
The packaging is very minimalistic and pure. No flowers, no colours – just a dark glass jar with a white label on it displaying the hard facts: 100% natural, organic beauty for all skin types.
You massage the peeling onto dry skin and the water is added after that. So you start off quite harsh with a thick paste and end up massaging your body with a tropial smelling mixture of sugar and oils providing your refreshed skin with healthy nutrients.
Evolve doesn’t lack sustainability: the glass jar is an environmental-friendly alternative to plastic jars and organic ingredients support the overall organic movement, the gain of organically treated soil, a reduction of pesticides and fertilizer in our groundwater and other great stuff.
The production takes place in England and is small-batch orientated, hand-crafted and vegan. The products are affordable with a price range from 10 to 28 pound and their name alone makes you want to smell them. If you aren’t sure yet, you can get 3 free samples send to you, they are also included in every order – so generous!

I am happy with that and the scent is lovely, too! Different from other typical scents like citrus, vanilla or chocolate, but very pleasant. It makes me think of showering beneath a tropical waterfall in the jungle…*sigh*
I also wanted to mention that Laura from Evolve has chosen the perfect name for her brand as she really is interested in improving as she involves her customers by sending out samples of unlaunched products to receive their feedback. I think this is a great way to get in contact with future customers and to reward the long-term fans. Also it gives Laura the possibility to react to the feedback and to modulate her batch in a way the customers need and approve. It makes me feel quite special to be chosen to try one of her future products and I want to give her the information she needs to optimize it. Interested? Check out her website linked to the brand name in the first line of my review and have a look at those artisanal products.
And please make me happy with likes and comments if you enjoyed this review 🙂
